Effective Date: August 17, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of DocuVault: Album Organizer (“DocuVault,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including Version 1.0.1 and later updates. By using DocuVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
DocuVault is designed to help you scan documents, organize albums, create PDFs, sync albums from Photos, and review items that may take up storage.
You may use DocuVault only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise permitted by us.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features require an auto-renewable subscription. Available subscription options may include weekly, monthly, and annual plans, with or without a free trial:
l Weekly Subscription: unlocks all premium features.
l Weekly Subscription with a Free Trial: unlocks all premium features and may include a 3-day or 7-day free trial, as displayed before purchase.
l Monthly Subscription: unlocks all premium features.
l Monthly Subscription with a Free Trial: unlocks all premium features and may include a 3-day or 7-day free trial, as displayed before purchase.
l Annual Subscription: unlocks all premium features.
l Annual Subscription with a Free Trial: unlocks all premium features and may include a 3-day or 7-day free trial, as displayed before purchase.
The specific subscription option, billing period, price, free-trial length (if offered), trial eligibility, and any applicable introductory offer are displayed in the app and on Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet before you subscribe. Prices and available offers may vary by country or region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. If you begin an eligible 3-day or 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert to the paid weekly, monthly, or annual subscription you selected and that was shown at confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price shown for the renewal.
After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. You may restore eligible purchases from within the app.
Apple processes subscription payments. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable policies. Premium access may end when a subscription expires, is canceled, or is refunded.
3. Your Content
You remain the owner of the photos, videos, documents, PDFs, albums, and other content you create, import, scan, edit, organize, or export using DocuVault.

4. Photo Library, Camera, and Files
DocuVault may request access to your camera and Photos library to provide features such as document scanning, album syncing, photo importing, PDF creation, storage review, and item removal.
You are responsible for reviewing items before removing them. DocuVault does not remove photos, videos, or other items unless you choose and confirm the action.
5. No Backup Guarantee
DocuVault is not a backup service. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important photos, documents, PDFs, and files.
Before deleting or removing any item, you should make sure you no longer need it or that you have saved another copy.
